Do you have Eczema or Atopic Dermatits?

Have you used Protopic (tacrolimus) Ointment before you were 16 years of age to treat your eczema?

You may be eligible to participate in an observational research study.  Talk to your physician if you would like to learn more about this important program.

Psoriasis

Be a part of this psoriasis medical research study.
You may qualify for this study if you:

• Have been diagnosed with chronic moderate to severe plaque psoriasis by a medical doctor, AND

• Are currently being treated with Raptiva®  or another biologic psoriasis treatment.
