We are sending you this patient guidance instead of our standard patient reminder. Please use this guidance for scheduling appointments and as counsel for how we will operate during these challenging times. As a provider of essential services under the Maryland legal code, we remain open to provide dermatological care to our patients. Effective Immediately, our office hours, excluding our Cosmetic Center, which is closed until further notice, are Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Fridays and Saturdays. We are prohibited from performing elective procedures, which in our office are primarily Aesthetic Procedures. We are authorized to provide standard dermatological care, although some procedures are prohibited.
You may call our office at 301-249-0970, or email at [email protected], to schedule your in-office appointment, or inquire if your condition falls under the prohibited category.
If you do not want to schedule an in-office visit, we have created a Teledermatology option for your convenience and safety. This is an attractive option especially for patients over 65 years old, and patients who do not want to leave home.
The Teledermatology option allows patients to have either a telephone consultation or a video consultation. You will need an iPad and or a Laptop, or Workstation, and for the Telephone Consultation, you will only need a telephone. You may also use the Teledermatology option for refills of your current medications.
Our Retail Center is also closed, however, you may purchase your skincare products by calling Ronita Green at 301 352 1516. We will ship these products with a threshold value exceeding $100.00 at no cost to you. Some skin care manufacturers are offering special pricing on their products, you may want to take advantage of these promotions.
Finally, as a point of reinforcement, please be reminded that we are committed to providing you with the care that you desire and that we take pride in delivering.
Please do not hesitate to let us know how we may be of assistance in providing you with continuous care. We encourage you to please follow all guidelines published by the government of your jurisdiction and the Federal Government in order to remain safe and healthy.
And as always, we thank you for entrusting us with your care.
