Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy requires 24 hours notice (48 for surgery), or a fee of $25 ($100.00 for
surgery) will be charged. All appointments scheduled for Mondays should be cancelled by
3:00 PM the previous Friday, or by 12:00 noon during the Summer (June 9th thru Labor Day),
because of our Summer Friday Schedule of 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Appointments cancelled
on Saturdays and Sundays, or Public Holidays, do not meet the 24 hours of notice
requirement, unless there is at least 1 business day before the appointment. If you have a
surgery appointment, please refer to the pre-operative instructions that you were given at the
time of your appointment for your guidance. Those instructions supersede these general
guidelines for surgery only.
If you are a 'no show' for any appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 'no show' fee for the first occurrence and $65.00 for each occurrence thereafter. It is therefore important that you
make appointments that you are able to honor, or you observe the cancellation policy.
If you are unable to make this appointment, it is important that you call us at 301 352 1514, or,
preferably, email us at cancellations@callenderskin.com as soon as possible so we that we can
update our schedule.
