Have a Pimple that Pops Up In the Same Spot? What to Know

Cluster of Bacteria
One of the most common causes of pimples that reappear is a cluster of bacteria in the same part of the skin that won’t go away. And, if you keep on popping your pimple, then that bacteria is only going to spread more and more and make the problem that much worse. Basically, when you can’t get rid of bacteria, you’re never going to be able to get rid of a pimple either entirely.
Trichostasis
If you have pimples or blackheads on your nose that you can’t seem to get rid of or that reappear over and over again, they may not be blackheads at all.
Trichostastis is a skin disorder that is usually underdiagnosed because it looks like blackheads, but it’s a combination of bacteria, small hairs, and excess oil. The combination of all of these can make it seem like you are popping a pimple during a pimple popping session when you’re just getting this junk out.
One of the best ways that we can treat patients with either of these conditions is by using acne fighting skin care to get rid of the bacteria. During a consultation, we will take a closer look at your skin to determine what combination of things will give you the best results
Having a pimple reappear in the same spot, again and again, isn’t something that’s that uncommon, but it may mean that you need some help getting rid of germs and bacteria in that spot.
